Mawker

Having closely followed the recent news from the Burma/Thailand border I'm wondering how 
the people living in Mawker (Karen refugee camp south of Mae Sot on the Thai side) are 
fairing.  Can anyone shed any light on this?

I visited the camp in July of '93 and the people that i met there were exceptionally 
hospitable.  Those that i met included the head of the clinic and the head of the camp.  
Can anyone tell me how they are doing?
