Dear Our Friends:

I have currently been disseminating the UNCHR report in 1995 in other forums,
i.e. soc.culture.burma and soc.rights.human. As that report has already been
distributed last year and therefore will not be re-distributed in reg.burma.
Anyone who are interested in last year's CHR resolution are encouraged to 
look at those forums. Meanwhile, the BURMA HUMAN RIGHTS REPORT OCT 95
postings, of course, will continue here in reg.burma as usual.
