This is from the Saturday issue Le Monde, French national daily
Translation to follow. It does not cite the number of arrested, nor any 
mention of French reaction to the violation of human rights suffered by 
the NLD and its leaders. No mention of Total. No mention of French 
political or diplomatic interest in the affair!

The French press is currently suffering from the murder of 7 catholic 
priests, French nationals, in Algeria, and another French fiasco in 
CentraAfrica, with French fleeing the country now plunged in civil war, 
and armed conflict against the French Foreign Legion.
