Be encouraged that the stoic International Herald Tribune (remember Jean 
Seberg in the French film with Belmondo) has put half page page 4 on 
burma
"Events in Burma Threaten to Fracture ASEAN Regional Forum" and "Burmese 
Fears for Her followers"

citing Asean uproar over Burma due to have presence of US Sec of State 
Christopher in Jakarta in July, and torture in Rangoon.
