Leprosy in Burma

I would appreciate information on leprosy in Burma.  How many known 
suffering from that disease?  How many treatment centers for same in 
Burma? Has there been a decrease? increase? since 1948?  What is the 
government doing about the situation?  Any WHO involvement?  Whatever 
light any knowledgeable person can shed on this subject would be most 
appreciated.  Thank you very much.
