UPDATE ON KAREN REFUGEE CAMPS (r)

Unity is strength

	Now KNU and DKBA are fighting one another. It is not a good sign for all 
Karens. The difference between KNU and DKBA is only religion; Christian and 
Buddhism. Lord Buddha was always victorious because of patience and metta. In

Christian doctrine " Love thy neighbour as thyself". Why Karens are fighting
one 
another? 

	Actually Karens are brave. In Myanmar the highest award conferred for 
bravery is "Aung San Thuriya". There are only six persons who won this award.
Among them (2) Karens, (2) Myanmar, (1) Chin and (1) Gurkha. The two Karens 
are Pvt. Saw Myint of the 1st Karen Rifles and Saw Ba Yi who was attached to
the 
Karen Rifles. Saw Ba Yi is the only civilian who won this highest award of
bravery.
We (Karens) should be very proud of them and we should use our bravery for
our 
country, not to fight one another or not to fight against our country.
