Presentations on Burma, East Timor, Nigeria and Tibet
Traditional Food Available at Lunch
Activists Workshops on:
- grassroots lobbying of Congress
- organizing consumer boycotts
- enacting selective purchasing laws
- building coalitions in the community
- working with the press and media
Music, Dance and Cultural Presentation
HOW: Suggested Donation: $5
Event sponsors include Amnesty International, Citizens for Participation in
Political Action (CPPAX), East Timor Action Network, New England Burma
Roundtable, Nigerian Advocacy Group for Democracy and Human Rights, Tibetan
