Hi Ko Okkar,
	I have some questions to ask you.  Since there are many defected 
Karen rebel groups doing such things, I clearly would like to know which 
group did it.  DKBA (Democratic Karen Buddhist Army) is conducting such 
business with the help of SLORC.  There are so many evidence that can be 
proved that DKBA is doing such thing under the guidance of SLORC.  DKBA 
may have hijacked the ship too.  That is very possible.  Moreover, a 
group of Karen robbers named Bo Let Well group is activating in that 
region.  That group is also possible to do so.  (Notice that that group 
surrendered to SLORC and SLORC lets them doing such things in the 
region.)  You can find the headline news of that group surrendering on 
your publishings and you may notice that SLORC helped them for their 
establishment (I wonder how SLORC helps such people in such ways).   So 
there are so many possiblity about the hijacking and so can you clarify 
your contact in Rangoon.  Don't tell me to contact myself because as you 
know they don't like our contact and they don't answer at all.  
	Hope you can find that answer clearly.  One possiblity I forgot 
that after Sakhanthit (Sixth Brigade area of KNU) was overrun by the 
SLORC's troops, many Karen soldiers surrendered.  May be they are also 
given that chance for their arm trading for peace with SLORC.  The 
evidence of DKBA is very clear and nothing can conceal the truth of it.
