Every community no matter how small is under the direct control of local thugs known as Local SLORC. They collect money and labor whenever they please without being accountable for either. If a citizen is able to accommodate neither, the citizen then is at the mercy of the thug(s). The Burma Roundtable of Southern California wants to know who is protecting poor innocent peoples from the SLORC?
