technical problems

Dear all,

Over the weekend, the IGC server had some difficulties which resulted in
(1) error messages for those trying to post on burmanet-l and (2) the
appearance of a blackout.  I apologize for any inconvenience, and as far as
I know the problem has been corrected.

In the future, if you encounter errors posting a message, please contact me
directly <strider@xxxxxxxxxxx> and include a copy of the error message.  It
is BurmaNet's policy not to block anyone from posting or receiving messages
on burmanet-l.
