Activist Conference for a Free Burm (r)

Dear Ko Maung Maung Than,
I wish I could be there. In fact, I cannot. It will be great if
the confrence can raise the issue of changing incorrectness of the leaders
and the issue of encouraging grassroot participation. I hope the
confrence can come up with a way.

Yours sincerely,
Kyaw Zay Ya
