Dear General

	Much water have flown down since the result of the parliamentary was
declared in 1991, where NLD was in majority.  But, till now you have
instead of handing over power to people, have tortured and stick to your
chair with the help of the military might, turning back of Police State.

	Further, you are also the cause of many Human right abuses covering almost
full the trail, political, economic, social, culture known as the "Four
Cuts Campaign" and so called "Infrastructure Project" you are also
responsible for the misery and untold suffering faced by the peaceful and
democracy loving people of Burma.

	Chairman, step down immediately and hand over power to the lawfully and
elected representative of the people by installing a parliament, only then
your crime may be party condoned over by the Govt. of the People.

	Chairman, how long will you keep on suppressing the people of Burma for
sticking to your power chair? Do we ever forgive Hitler, Mussolini or
Stalin?  We are on the threshold of 21st Century, while you are still
behaving like a medieval Baron.  How long will you abuse the human right of
your own Blood and People. Are not the Burmese your own People? Has the
Blood of the innocent blinded your reason?

	The tribal Students Union strongly condemn the ordered of six (6)
pro-democratic activities to death on 29th April 98 by your military Regime
on charged of pro-democratic movement.  And Life impressment of two FTUB
member Mr. U Myo Aung Thant of All-Burma people chemical corporation union
and U Khin Kyaw of Seafarers' Union of Burma both affiliated with FTUB.

	Also, we strongly condemn the military Govt. preventing Aung San Sui Kyi
from driving to meet NLD leader.

	Lastly, I appeal to Burma people and the people of the world and
international leader to protect the NLD members and its representation from
these unjust treatment.
