Alice-Military Junta's Position

Dear Alice Khin Saw Win,

In your enthusiasm to expound on your knowledge of the ins and outs of
of prominent figures , in various circles, you seem to have taken a
personal stance over some matters.

You mention, "my teacher" Dr Kyaw Win and the "Hippocratic oath" and
being a Buddhist paying homage to your elder and then attack him on a
personal note.
I share many of your views ,and I also believe that in a democratic
process everyone and anyone is entitled to think and do as he/she
wishes. I am sure you know as well as a lot of other people do , that
this learned physician did not join the diplomatiic corp for the love of
it. Unfortunately , like most of us in Burma , our fate is dictated by
our environment and most of the time we can't do anything about it.
He may assume the role of the leader of the Burmese diplomatic mission
in your country of stay , but his personal makeup is something else.

I would only like to say that there is no need to needle him personally
all the time as you very well know he really can't speak his mind.Let's
keep up the activist's work , but not by stooping to SLORC / SPDC
levels.

I don't think this is the most effective way of winning someone over to
your cause.
