Hors d'oeuvre of ILO Report re-post

Some ingredients of the hors d'oeuvre, like how to get a peper version of
the Report, were missed off. Here they are.

[ILO COMMISSION OF INQUIRY ON FORCED LABOUR IN BURMA, SLICE 1]

                          Hors d'oeuvre

The report in Text format, consisting of about one and a half
megabytes (392 A4 pages of small print), has been divided into
two pies, each sub-divided and posted as slices of up to
38Kbytes). The first pie (the report minus Appendices) is of
19 slices. The second pie (the Appendices) will be posted in a
few days.

Format

Since Text does not allow bold, underlining, italics and
footnotes, I have tried to reproduce the hierarchy by means of
centering, upper case and other devices. Italics for titles of publications
are replaced by inverted commas. Latin and most other non-English words
which in the original are in italics, are left in plain Text. The notes are
placed after each slice.
