HTUN AUNG GYAW and alleged misappro

To set the facts straight:

We unequivocally state that we never had any problem with financial
irregularities with ABSDF while Ko Htun Aung Gyaw was Chairman and
furthermore, in all our years of cooperation and friendship he has never
been less than honest with us.
For the record:

There was a case of mishandling of funds, however, while Moe Thee Zun was
ABSDF Chairman. A total of 200,000 yen from the Youth Group wing of BAIJ
(under Dr. Tun Aye, the dentist) went missing and never reached Huay Zedi
which it was intended to help. Later we were asked to investigate, which we
did. The money was successfully transferred to Bangkok, but was never
received by the camp.
