PROTEST AT BURMESE EMBASSY OVER CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION IN CHIN STATE OF 
BURMA.

To protest the recent religious persecution in Burma, and especially the 
treatment of Christian Chin community there will be a demonstration and 
prayer service in front of Burmese embassy in Washington D.C on January 
23, 1999 from 12 PM. to 5 PM. 

Burma's military regime has stepped up its persecution of the Chin 
Christian community which is celebrating the Centennial of Christianity 
in Chin areas of Burma. Chin pastors are being interrogated and 
Centennial celebration in Hakha, the capital of Chin State have been 
postponed by the regime at least until April.

All peace and freedom loving people are invited to participate on this 
occasion.
