<bold>Police kill three Burmese

	Police shot dead three Burmese men after a brief exchange of gunfire
during motorcycle theft raid late Tuesday night.

	police launched the raid after being informed of the loss of two
motorcycles in Muang district .

	Detectives went to the area where thieves allegedly hid motorcycles
before taking them across the border into Burma.

	A Yamaha and a Honda were eventually found in a grassy field about 300
metres from the Petkasem Highway in the district,so police hid themselves
and waited for the suspects.

	After waited for two hours,police saw three men approaching the
motorcycles,just when police attempted an arrest,the three opened fire
and both parties exchanged shots for 10 minutes.
