Rodoffo Severino
Secretary General

It is regretable to read your warning to the European Union and other
nations which refuse to deal with Burma because of its human right record
that the body regards this as
unacceptable discrimanation.
Your Exellency, You know very well and the whole world know very well
that the Burma
Military Regime is the most vicious and most tyranical regime in the
world.Even the highest international body in the world UNGA passed yearly
resolution condeming the
Regime for its human right abuse. The UN also recommand some reform for
the Burma Military Regime to implement but to no avail. The Burma
Military refused and
defied every suggestion that the world body made to enhance the
transition of power that will lead to democratic governing. You know well
that Burma Military Regime is not a legitimate regime but you have
infused her into your ASEAN club inspite of protest from democratic
nations as well as the people of Burma from in side and out side the
country.
Dear Secretary General, The people of Burma are reeling under the boots
of the Burma
Military Regime for so long. Rampage of human right abuse all aver the
country ranging from rape, torture to killings and atrocities. Those facts
are undeniable. The ASEAN nations can help the people of Burma more to
aleviate their fear and sufferings.
I, Saw Aung Khin, a native of Burma therefore earnestly appeal to you and
your member
nations to tell or even to warn the Burma Military Regime to stop
committing crime of humanity but to resort to true and meaningful
reconcialian so that the people of Burma can restart their new lives and
rebuild their country.
Respectfully.

                     SAW AUNG KHIN
