Dear friends,

of course this is not a very political question, but I need information
about a Burmese military figure from the 1950s.
Recently I've found a Zippo lighter from 1956 with an engraving on the
back "Presented by General Maxwell D. Taylor, Chief of Staff, United
States Army".
The front side shows the engraving
                                    "Lt.Colonel Bo Lwin
                                                 1956".
Who can tell me more about Lt.Colonel Bo Lwin?
