9 refugees release on bail but one

Subject: 9 refugees release on bail but one missing.

        On 22/3/99, They had demonstrated indifinite hunger strike infront
of UNHCR,New Delhi for political asylum and refugee status under UNHCR,
India. On 25/3/99, They had arrested by Lodi police,New Delhi and put into
Tihar Jail and they had charged under sec-14, foreigner Act of India.(131/99).

        On 19,20/5/99, they had been released on bail with Rs-54000/- and
assurity, but Mr.Steven s/o Sal Mang 29 yrs was missing from Jial because
FRRO had been taken away him and put into Lumpur Jail for deport.
