Vietnam Vinapro Boosts Export Of Machinery
HANOI, June 28 Asia Pulse - In the past few years, Vinapro has been stepping
up export of engines and machinery including rice milling machines and rice
polishers. It exports mainly to India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, the
Republic of Korea and Thailand.
Since the beginning of this year, the company based in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial
Park has exported US$822,000 worth of products and sold VND33.8 billion
worth of machinery, mostly engines on the local market.

Vinapro has adopted a plan to double its monthly production from the current
500 engines to 1,100 and achieve sales of US$2 million by year-end.
