Vietnamese delegation visits Bagan-NyaungU, 
Mandalay- Hlinethaya City of Industry

YANGON, 9 July-The museum study delegation led by Senior Col Lee Ma Luong of 
Vietnamese Army of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, visited Archaeological 
Museum, Lacquer ware Institute and Pagodas in Bagan-NyaungU on 7 July.


The visiting delegation yesterday arrived in Mandalay where they visited Maha 
Myatmuni Pagoda, Cultural Museum, Myanansankyaw Shwenandaw, Lonyar-kyaw Silk 
Weaving, embroidery and Mandalay Hill.


In the evening, Deputy Commander of Central Command Col Nay Win hosted dinner 
for them at Tatmadaw Guest House.

The delegation members arrived back in Yangon this morning and visited 
Hlinethaya City of Industry in the afternoon where they heard reports on 
Housing Projects being implemented by Department of Human Settlement and 
Housing Development by Director U Tin Win of the department at Kanaung Hall. 
They also visited Samjung Garment Factory, UPG Paint Factory and FMI City in 
the zone.
