IAA gifts for Cooperatives Ministry


Y ANGON, 2 1 July-International Academy Association (IAA) 
of the Republic of Korea presented two computers and 
three sets of language lab equipment to the Ministry 
of Cooperatives this afternoon.


    Chairman of IAA Dr Joseph Y Baek explained the 
purpose of the donation.


    He then handed the IBM computers and equipment to 
minister for Cooperatives U Aung San.


    The minister spoke words of thanks.


    Also present on the occasion were Director-General 
of Cooperative Department U Maung Hti, Director-General 
of Cottage Industries Department Col Sein Than, Adviser 
Dr Than Htaik, officials, members of the Korean 
association and guests.
