Subject: The causes of the economic sanction and other problems.
Dear Ko Sai Kyaw Sein,
May I point out you one important thing here. When we try to solve a
problem, we must find the causes of that problem.
Here, the economic sanctions and the other problems were arisen from
the Burmese Generals refusing to implement the Desire of the Burmese People.
The Burmese People had already shown their desire in 1990 General Election
very clearly.
When the Army took the State Power, the Burmese Generals promised to
make a free and fair multiparty election and give back the State Power to
the True Owner of It(People). However, they broke that promise. It is the
Highest Crime in the Union of Burma.
The Burmese Generals led by lt General Khin Nyunt gave the excuse
that there is no constitution in Burma. And they formed a conference with
their hand-picked persons. They say they are drawing a constitution in that
conference. There are 15 chapters to be drawn in it. But only 3 chapters
have been written since 1993. It took 6 years to write 3 chapters. So by
simple calcution, it will take 30 years to write for 15 chapters. It would
be longer than the socialist era(26 years). It would be included in the
Guiness World Record Book after completing the constitution. Oh! I have to
tell one important thing here...What they are writing so long is not the
actual constitution...It is just the principles to be based upon when the
Constitution of Burma written. How incredible it is?
Nobody asked the economic sanction before the 1990 General
Election. After the Burmese Generals broke their promise and walked away
from the People's Desire, such actions were taken. Everybody knows that the
Burmese Generals become SuperRich after they took the state power.
I want to remind you that "The Sovereignty of a country comes from
the People. The Burmese Generals are not The State. Criticizing against
the Burmese Generals is not crime. But doing against the Burmese People is
the Highest Crime in The Union of Burma.
The universal way of assessing the People's Desire is holding the
General Election which must be free and fair. The consent given because of
fearing something is not true desire and that is not legitimate. That's why,
what the Burmese Generals trying now, to cancel the People's Representatives
by forcing people to sign the paper denouncing the People's Representatives
are not legitimate.
As for me, I voted in 1990 Generel Election hoping the
Democratic Country in mind. However, nothing but torture, imprinsonment and
exile were coming out from that. It was the most ugliest history of the
Union of Burma and the patriotic history of the Burmese Army. Majority of
the Tatmadaw Men voted for democracy in 1990 General Election. Whenever I
think about it, I feel really sorry about it.
So I want to demand the Burmese General as a voter in 1990 to
implement the People's and Tatmadaw's Desire. There is a saying that "Pyat
Ah Sin Pyin Kha Na".
with respect,
