Ancient   jewellery   and   artistic    
exhibition  continues


 YANGON, 11 Sept - Ancient  jewellery and artistic
 antiques  exhibition   organized  by  Archaeology
 Department  continued  for the  fifth  day at the
 multi-purpose hall of the National Museum on Pyay
 Road   today.   At   the   exhibition,   artistic
 antiques, handicrafts and royal equipment used in
 Bronze Age and Pyu, Bagan,  Innwa,  Konbaung  and
 Yadanabon  Eras  were  displayed.  The rare  coin
 marked  Yadanabon  Peacock  valued at K S used in
 King Mindon's reign in 1852 was also shown at the
 exhibition.  A total of 2,132 persons  members of
 the Sangha,  service  personnel  of  departments,
 teachers  and  students of Basic  Education  High
 School  No  4  and  BEMS  No  4  of   Kyimyindine
 Township,  BEHS No 2 and BEMS No1 of  Thingangyun
 Township and people  including  tourists  visited
 the  exhibition  today.
