Immediate Release by National Government of Arakan

RETRIBUTION" revolutionary  strategy,  unless the SPDC

Royal Thai Government:
 Behalf of 2.5 million Arakaness, National Government
of Arakan truthfully thanks the Royal Thai Government 
for peacefully solving the risky Burmese embassy
crisis recently. It is valuable application to us by
leaning of the Thai government's method and heart-left
negotiation with the young warriors. So as well,
National Government of Arakan, hopes that the Thai
government will continue normal relation with
pro-democracy forces in Thai-Burma borders.

SPDC:
The latest development of seizing the Burmese embassy
in Thailand by young and educated Burmese reminds that
the Burmese military regime so-called State Peace and
Development Council (SPDC) and its method of
totalitarianism, people are almost totally controlled
by a small group of military officers and tolerate no
oppositions, finally brings endanger and frustration.
It will lead more violence, an armed resistance with
the intention to overthrew the regime. The recent
outcome again is not only people's rejection of the
regime's claim to rule over them but also a rejection
of the SPDC's monopoly on violence that put NLDs in
prisons, forced to resign its members, and closed all
higher learning instates. 

"Of aiding with our sincere advice, the SPDC should
start dialogue with the NLD and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi
before time is running out," General Khin RaZar, Join
Chief of staff of Arakan Army, said.

People:
Under the SPDC's harshly repression, people in Burma
feel too disappointment that encourages to resist the
regime just as they do a mugger. They, people and even
soldiers, cooperate reluctantly-but with a smile if
that is what required-while they eye the gun in the
hand of the MI agent and military officer. However,
when the people get chance, they work against the
regime's system and even they will take up arms to
topple the regime, and it is going exactly on inside
Burma.  On the other hands, some people who gain all
benefit from the authority remain loyal to the SPDC,
willingly defend it, and perhaps even die for it,
although majority of people is against it. Thus, the
bloody conflict will be occurred between the people
and the authorities' loyalists in the near future. 

Solution:
Use of force to gain control over the country by the
SPDC escalates unstable and it even directs more
bloodshed on both sides. Factually, the SPDC should
know that it is time to end the violence against the
pro-democracy forces, including the NLDs, and hand
over power to the elected representatives in order to
form a legitimate government. The more that people see
a government as legitimate, the more likely they are
to cooperate with it, and the more stable it is. Then
Burma will become a developing country.
