Countries open to receiving exiled (r)

Subject: Re: Countries open to receiving exiled Myanmar students

OKKAR is exactly correct. It is dangerous to put ideas into the minds of young
people inside Burma by promising resettlement in foreign countries. It would be
more proper, however, if the milirtary dictatorship overcome their fear of the
students and instead of dreaming to go to school somewhere they should be able
to go to school inside the country.

Although OKKAR is right concerning the huge number of dissidents,
reponsibilities for the well being of the citizens of Burma lies with OKKARs and
his bosses so long as the only thing they want is to hold on to power even at
closing of universities at gun point.
