WRTC announcement

Dear all interested Burmese candidates,

Since many of you would like to join the WRTC's activities, I shall
respond immediately to all. Please forgive me for the fact that I 
could not respond each one of you personally though I'd VERY MUCH
like to. Please let me work on it, I will come back to you soon.

I received an online offer this morning. I thought, that will open 
'one door' for you to entre the WRTC though there are many other 
kind of opportunities still hanging on the sky. In any case, please 
read the following. Here we go.
