CRPP REPORT pages 1-86

Is there somebody who can give us brief synopsis in English on the contents
of this report?  CRPP reports (as well as NLD bulletins) have gone
untranslated for several months now.  The CRPP seems to be much honoured in
name but there seems to be increasing difficulty in finding out what it
wants to say to the world.  A shame, considering the risks that people take
to get these statements out of Burma.
