I do not believe that dictators live well. If they live well, they would not
need security guards at all times.  Of course they have material wealth but in
life this is secondary.  The only thing is that to become a dictator they have
to kill many people and they have to keep on being the dictator unless they will
be charged for what they have done to the people. Thus although even if they do
not enjoy they have to defend their position at all cost because if they fail to
protect themselves they would be terminated.
