Dear All,
                 I have learnt that Tony Campbell's visit to Burma was
purely on narcotics eradication matters. He was there to make inquiries on
the narcotics eradication efforts by the SPDC. It doesn not necessarily mean
that the US administration is going to give aid to the SPDC beyond what the
DEA from the US embassy in Rangoon has been helping. Please know that the US
DEA at the American embassy in Rangoon has been giving limited aid to the
SPDC for their anti-narcotic  opearations.
