RELEASE  OF FAC (ABFSU )

According to decision on 10-12-99 of FAC reformed by FAC (ABFSU ) the third
Bi-annual meeting's 10/99 release , following students are recognized and
announced to be members of FAC continuously .
(1)Ko Thar Swe
Ko Thar Swe has participated in FAC since committee was established . But
he also submitted to in-charge meeting held on 10-10-99 for his dismissal
as well as Ko Thar Nyunt Oo and Ma Ingyin Naing . Therefore this in-charge
meeting appointed them ( Ko Thar Swe , Ko Thar Nyunt Oo and Ma Ingyin Naing
) to be members of FAC still time for the third Bi - annual meeting .On
20-11-99 the third Bi-annual meeting was hold and decisions of in- charge
meeting were confirmed by member of committees who attended the third Bi-
annual meeting  on 27 -11-99 . So that these three committee members were
automatically dismissed from being committee member. Now , Ko Thar Swe
agrees  with facts of the third Bi-annual meeting release and constitution
and resubmits to be a member of FAC . According to decision of committee
meeting held on 10-12-99 , Ko Thar Swe is then acknowledged and accepted to
be a member of FAC .
(2) Ma May Myo Thwin
When the third Bi-annual meeting is holding, Ma May Myo Thwin lost contact
with committee because of some difficulties. After the third Bi-annual
meeting, she agrees with 10/99 release and wants to be a member of FAC.
Then she submits to committee to be acknowledged as a member of FAC
continuously. Therefore committee meeting held on 10-12-99 decides whether
Ma May Myo Thwin is accepted to be a member of FAC continuously.
(3)Ma Nan Wei Yin 
When Ma Nan Wei Yin departed to US, she had no dismissal. Now she is being
as a member. But she lost contact with committee while the third Bi-annual
was holding . She accepted10/99 release of the third Bi-annual meeting and
submitted to perform tasks of the committee. Therefore the committee
meeting held on 10-12-99 decides whether Ma May Myo Thwin is accepted to be
a member of FAC continuously.
(4)Ko Zar Ni
Ko Zar Ni has participated in democracy movements since 1988 as a student
of ABFSU. Now he arrives in Australia because of many reasons , but he
accepts (3)flags and (5)principles and submit to perform as a member of FAC
 . Therefore the committee meeting held on 10-12-99 decides whether Ma May
Myo Thwin is accepted to be a member of FAC.
According to decision of FAC ( ABFSU ) on 10-12-99 following are confirmed
to be members of FAC from right now .
(1)Ko Thar Swe		( Committee member )
(2)Ma May Myo Thwin		( Committee member )
(3) Ma Nan Wei Yin		( Committee member )	US
(4)Ko Zar Ni			( Committee member )	Australia
