YANGON, 14 Dec - Lt-Gen Khin Nyunt, Secretary-l of the State Peace and 
Development Council of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of 
congratulations to His Excellency Dato?f Seri Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi who 
has been re-appointed as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs 
of Malaysia on 10 December 1999.
