The report stressed that the SSA has been acting in cooperation and =
coordinating with the Thais, where anti-narcotics efforts are concerned, =
although it stated that the Thais have nothing to do with its struggle =
for freedom. It said that it was only suitable and possible to hand over =
the captured drugs to the Thai authorities.

Furthermore, the report which was signed by Sao Yawd Serk, commander in =
chief of the SSA, appealed to the international community for support in =
his campaign against narcotics.
