FMASA Second Conference was held successfully from December 18, 1999
through January 1, 2000 at a place inside Thailand.

The work of the conference was to carry out FMASA's aims and objectives.

The conference discussed the present political situation, analysed its
previous political activities, adopted decisions for the organization's
future political stance and amended the constitution accordingly.

As stipulated by FMASA's constitution, elections were held with
representatives electing the following Central Committee members to
serve
for the Second Conference Term:
