according to the KHRG 95-O8 report feb 24 1995, between 500 and 800
karen resistance fighters were shelled with a gaz, thai positions close
by were also shelled, and thais fought back. karens were overtaken,
retreated, and lost causalties. 

what became of this chemical gas incident. Was it investigated. If so,
what were the conclusions. 

Was the use of gas in violation of international rules of war?
Did any government or ngo agency take up this incident and make a report
of their findings anywhere?
