Description: ''Burma ACT XV, 1940.] (6th September, 1940.) This Act may be called the Burmi Naval Volunteer Reserve (Discipline) Act. It extends to the whole of the Union of Burma and applies to members of the Burma Naval Volunteer Reserve wherever they may be. The President of the Union may make rules ’ for the government, discipline and regulation of the Burma Naval Volunteer Reserve. Subject to the provisions of section 4, the Naval Discipline Act shall apply to the Burma Naval Volunteer Reserve and ships raised and provided by the President of the Union as if that Act were in the form in which it is set forth in the Schedule to this Act...''
