"Nay Pyi Taw, 14 May—Dr Myat Nyana Soe of the fourth constituency in Yangon Region on Thursday asked the Amyotha Hluttaw about measures to ease the increasing traffic congestion in big cities. U Chan Maung, Deputy Minister for Rail Transportation, responded that the Yangon Region government?s efforts to solve the problem include the construction of flyovers, designation of no-parking roads and bus lanes, installation of Japanese-model automatic traffic control systems, and increased tolls for vehicles entering Yangon. Regarding a question about vehicle registration and registration renewal, the deputy minister said vehicle inspection fees range from K5,00 to K10,000, and registration fees from K15,00 to K40,000."
