"In my capacity as the Union Minister of the Ministry of International Cooperation of the National Unity Government (NUG), I hereby announce Mr. Rubicon Ngwazah as the Department director of the Department of Emergency Response Cooperation of the MOIC. The Department of Emergency Response Cooperation of the Ministry of International Cooperation (MOIC-EM) shall cooperate with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, and other Ministries for the coordination of the International Community and organizations to assist with improving the emergency medical and rescue response infrastructure of the Federal Union, and to assist with soliciting, sourcing and securing necessary equipment, supplies, personnel, and training services as needed for this objective. Rubicon Ngwazah has over 15 years experience in the Emergency Response and Humanitarian sector, and has been instrumental in the founding and daily operations of numerous emergency medical, rescue, and relief organizations, both in Myanmar and internationally. Additionally he has served as an international EMS provider, remote expedition coordinator, instructor and team leader in humanitarian, security and disaster relief operations.
