The provisions of the Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1940 (hereinafter in this Order referred to as the rules), shall not apply to, or in relation to, any person who proves to the satisfaction of the Registration Officer that he has not attained the age of eighteen years, provided that the necessary particulars in regard to such person are entered against item 12 of Form A in respect of his parents and that he holds a Certificate of Identity in Form AA. 2.
