"International Campaign for Democracy in Burma (ICDB) is a grassroots working coalition of Burmese pro-democracy groups from around the world. It was founded from the ?Road Map for Democracy in Burma Conference” on October 11-12th, 2003 at Fort Wayne, Indiana, the worlds largest gathering of Burmese democracy activists-in-exile. ICDB was authorized by the conference to speak publicly and organize international support for Aung San Suu Kyi and freedom in Burma under the leadership of the National Coalition Government of Union of Burma (NCGUB) and the National Council of Union of Burma (NCUB)"
