Motivated by concern for stability in the region, it recommends peaceful negotiations through dialogue. 3. Therefore we make this request to the five countries invested with veto powers, viz. Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States of America and all the other Security Council member countries viz. Algeria, Argentina, Benin, Brazil, Denmark, Greece, Japan, Philippines, Rumania and Tanzania t-o refrain from making any objections to the genuine and honest report submitted by the two honorable and respected world figures.
