"On 10 July 1995, when Daw Aung San Suu Kyi was released from house
arrest, a Security unit was posted in her compound by mutual consent of
Senior General Than Shwe and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi...The General Secretary has advised them that failure to vacate as
notified would amount to illegal occupation and trespass because their
continued stay was without the consent of the owner..."
