"This Yahoo group is intended as outreach and feedback for the Online Burma/Myanmar Library -- www.burmalibrary.org Please use the group to learn what new documents have been placed in the Library as well as to give feedback on structure, appearance, usability and content and, in particular, to suggest new documents. These can be in the form of links to documents (articles, conference papers, reports, university dissertations, whole books etc.) which already exist on the Internet. For these, just send the Web address. Documents in electronic form which are not on the Internet can be sent to the Librarian at [email protected] or, if not too long, posted to the group. Documents can be on any subject related to Burma/Myanmar. Since the Library grew out of the human rights documentation work of the Burma Peace Foundation, it contains more human rights material than any other single topic. For this reason, the Librarian is particularly keen to receive documents dealing with other aspects of Burma -- History, Culture, Economy, Health, Geography etc. (see the Library catalogue for a fuller list).
