Union Minister for Finance U Win Shein explained budgetary matters in the six months of the current fiscal year and activities of the some ministries and departments that spend less and more than the proposed budgets. Union Minister for National Planning and Economic Development Dr Kan Zaw also clarified national planning report for the first six month of 2014- 2015 FY, explaining the country?s GDP rate, investments in state, private and cooperative sectors, macroeconomic development in the country and foreign aid. Next, parliamentarians held discussions on the report of the Joint Public Account Committee regarding findings of the Office of the Auditor-General of the Union on 2013-2014 Union Budget."
