"Nay Pyi Taw, 18 may—At the 47th-day session of Pyithu Hluttaw Monday, Daw Khin Than Myint of Ngaputaw Constituency asked about breeding of fish, prawn and crab by Kyaw Hlwan Moe and Brothers Company on the sandbank of Thetkethaung Village-tract in Hainggyikyun, Ngaputaw Township. Deputy Minister at the President Office U Kyaw Kyaw Win replied that Hainggyikyun Township Fisheries Department did not issue permit for the company. The department allowed work licence for the sandbank through tender yearly but the sandbank has been designated as a common fishing plot since 2011. Arrangements will be made for convenience of fishing workers. U Myint Shwe of Waw Constituency asked whether there is a plan to re-allow the road area as entrance and exit of the market of Waw or not as a land plot was allotted at the entrance to the market. Deputy Minister U Kyaw Kyaw Win replied that if the entrance and exit of the market are included in the original plan, the grant for the land plot will be cancelled. U Than Oo of Myawady Constituency asked about dredging of main drains in Myawady with the budget of the union government. The deputy minister said that a plan is underway to dredge six drains in 4.5 miles long from 2014-15 to 2020-21 fiscal year with K985.20 million fund. The Hluttaw invited MPs to discuss the bill on second amendment of Pyithu Hluttaw Election Law, the bill on second amendment of Amyotha Hluttaw Election Law and the bill on second amendment of Region or State Hluttaw Election Law."
