"Nay Pyi Taw, 21 May — Dr Soe Yin of Kamayut Constituency asked about a complaint for a five-storey building at No 54/A on Thiri Mingala Street in Ward 8 in Kamayut Township under permission of YCDC at the 50th-day session of Pyithu Hluttaw Thursday. Deputy Minister at the President office U Kyaw Kyaw Win replied that YCDC allowed construction of the five-storey building in line with the existing rules of the committee although local residents have made complaints over its construction. With regard to a question raised by U Min Swe of DaikU Constituency, the deputy minister said that although the local authorities have demanded the budget in 2015-16 fiscal year, works of dredging Dayemee and Akyaung creeks and other silted creeks in DaikU Township in the open season. Dr Maung Maung Swe of Kyaukdaga Constituency asked about timetable for repairing the road linking Yangon-Mandalay Highway with KhinIngyi, Bogon and Hsabyin villages. Deputy Minister for Livestock, Fisheries and Rural Development U Tin Ngwe replied that the rural development fund of the ministry this fiscal year does not include the repairing of the road but the ministry will undertake rural development tasks on priority.
