"Myanmar's State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi has stressed the need to produce outstanding experts and technicians to serve the country, according to the Ministry of Education Thursday. Suu Kyi made the remarks when addressing the Conference on Implementing Development of Universities-2019 which began in Nay Pyi Taw Wednesday.
