Does anyone have authoritative or reliable figures on the stakes now
facing companies deprived of bidding on city contracts where selective
purchasing legislation has passed, and if so would you please post it or
send it directly back to dawn star.

Is Total North America today at all effected by selective purchasing
legislation now passed in the United States? 

Regarding the Massachusetts state law now under appeal, was Total
effected by the ban, do you think they lost business, and if so how
much. Now that the law is under appeal, can companies doing business in
Burma now go ahead and bid for Mass. state contracts? Do you have
information on Total's presence in Mass.
