BurmaNet: A couple of administrative notes---

Occasionally, long-time subscribers have found they are no longer 
receiving BurmaNet.  The most common reason this happens is that mail to 
an email address bounces on several consecutive days.  The server 
BurmaNet uses to send out the news interprets consecutive bounces as a 
dead account and suspends further deliveries.  Not letting your mailbox 
stay overfilled will help avoid this but sometimes email bounces because 
of transient technical glitches.  If this happens, just email 
strider@xxxxxxx to have your address reactivated.
